South RDA completed the signing of partnership agreement

As previously mentioned, the South Regional Development Agency finalized the signing of partnership agreements with beneficiaries and partners of regional development projects, "Construction of the Aqueduct Magisterial Leova-Hănăsenii Noi - Filipeni  -Romanovca" and " Construction of the local road Sărățica Nouă-Tomaiul Nou, District of Leova". Present at the meeting for project partners and beneficiaries, was the head project manager for South RDA, Eugen Lupașcu. They agreed on the conditions of implementation laid down in the documents that were drawn up in the stages of initiation and approval of project.

Partners and beneficiaries assumed the commitment to take all necessary steps to ensure the integrity and smooth functioning of the infrastructure created.

In the agreements signed, the parties undertake to make every effort to fulfill their tasks under conditions of legality, mutual loyalty, and act in the public interest.

In the framework of the project "Construction of the Aqueduct Magisterial Leova-Hănăsenii Noi - Filipeni -Romanovca," beneficiary of the project is the District Council of Leova and their partners- the Mayor's Offices of Villages Filipeni and Romanovca.

Agreement on the draft of "Construction of the local road Sărățica Nouă-Tomaiul Nou, District of Leova" names the District Council of Leova as beneficiary and their partners are the Mayor's Offices of Sărățica Nou and Tomaiul Nou, which are responsible for creating the necessary conditions for carrying out the works designed for the construction of the road and will provide the necessary support for the implementation of the beneficiary's project.

We reiterate that the signatories undertake to ensure the implementation of projects on the principles of collaboration, by carrying out tasks and ensuring sustainability.
