In Cahul is discussing about Lacul Sarat

On February 25, in Cahul was held a working meeting on the project "Rehabilitation of rest and recreation area Lacul Sarat". During the meeting was discussed the project documentation for setting aesthetic rest areas, additional volume works identified in the project as well as the progress achieved in the process of obtaining the right to use the mineral water resources.

The meeting was attended by representatives of LPA of the Ist level, project architects, engineers, project contractor as well as the South RDA representative.

At the meeting was decided that the Cahul City Hall will examine in the frame of the urban council, the subject of possible solutions fitting the resting area and to develop designed theme to be presented to the institution that will subsequently be selected during the contest.

Regarding the situation related to increasing the volume of work required to be performed in the project, the Cahul City Hall will ensure the elaboration of finding additional works volumes act and to submit a request to the project author to be in accordance with the documentation of the necessary volumes of works executed. In particular it will be changed the graphics providing alleys and construction and it will be required the estimates of expenditures for additional works (both inclusion and exclusion as works).

At the meeting was also addressed the issue on obtaining the right to use mineral water resources. Currently it was identified several possible variants:

1. transmitting the mineral resources  to be managed by Cahul City Hall, in case the beneficiary would form a curative enterprise;

2. concession of mineral water resources;

3. creating a public-private partnership organized by the beneficiary.

It follows that on reasonable terms,  Cahul City Hall will present their vision in solving the problem on the right to use the mineral water resources.
