The Academy of Public Administration initiates, with the financial support of the "Modernization of local public services in the Republic of Moldova" project, implemented by the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ), a new training course: "Management of the activity of the Regional Development Council"
The course is for the members of the Regional Development Councils and will be held on 5-7 December.
It aims to develop competencies in the field of regional resource mobilization management for stable and sustainable development of localities in the region through access to the latest theories, concepts, models and techniques needed to develop and promote region and regional products.
At the end of this course, the participants will be able to identify and propose priority directions for the Regional Development Strategy and Regional Development Programs; apply the provisions of the regional development regulatory framework, examine the regional project portfolio; assess the impact of the implementation of regional projects and programs; ensure transparency in decision-making process; mobilize regional resources for stable and sustainable development of the region; strengthen partnerships with stakeholders in the implementation of the regional development policy, etc.
The achievement of the proposed objectives will be ensured by implementing modern methods of teaching used by trainers within the Academy of Public Administration and the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment.
